Easy right? Just say this was a mistake, sorry and fix it. Put the lab back to what it was, create a new building to make new stuff. Seems they have no plans to put back what they ruined. I played every day, usually twice a day, but haven't even been checking in but every few weeks, mainly to see if they ever listened to people. Most players in my teams haven't even been checking in much since this change. I have three big farms, run two teams, we all pretty much agreed to NOT participate in those intense competition type events anymore. Players I've known for a long time lost all interest, some left the game for good. For over a month at least now, they have flat out been ignoring everyone.

Added some other thing you can make now, don't care, but free feed? I'd have to upgrade the thing another SIXTEEN LEVELS just to get what I already worked so hard to have. Well without any warning they changed the lab. The free feed you can make in the lab is hugely important for this type of play. To be good at those, players opted to pack in as much production as possible, less space for deco which improves happiness and reduces cost to keep feeding/planting etc. Over the years this game added more and more competitive events. HOURS and HOURS to build up enough game cash for each upgrade, not to mention some of those upgrades take days to complete. It took a very LONG time to upgrade enough to make free feed. Ok, I signed onto this game around their second year in business.

The bullies and stalkers are alive and well on GGE and they justify their actions with nonsense phrases such as a) its a war game so too bad you are small and vulnerable and b) open your gates (which costs a lot to do every day). GGE has failed to put some code of conduct to prevent those trying to play reasonably from being blasted into oblivion. Players will assemble armies to defend their castle and to help expand their territory. Players begin as the lord of a castle in a kingdom called 'The Great Empire', taking charge of a small fortress that can eventually be upgraded into the capital of a kingdom.
